List of Recommended Hotels
IAUGA 2022 National Organizing Committee does not provide reservation services for accommodations in Busan, as nowadays most people use platforms such as booking.com. Moreover, the necessary volume of hotel rooms for in-person attendees remains uncertain due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please note that 1st and 2nd week of August are the busiest holiday periods and the Haeundae area near BEXCO is one of the popular vacation destinations in South Korea. In-person attendees therefore are strongly advised to reserve one’s accommodations in advance. There are budget hotels in the city center (Seomyeon) or even in the Haeundae area, 2-3 blocks away from the beach.
The following provides a partial list of hotels in the Haeundae and Seomyeon areas. Attendees may take a subway from both areas to BEXCO.
[Line 2] Haeundae Station – Centum City Station (BEXCO) 3 stops, 5 min.
[Line 2] Seomyeon Station – Centum City Station (BEXCO) 13 stops, 24 min.
